Spinning Number Wheel

Wheel uses a numbered lay down.  The player picks his spot on the wheel by placing his money or ticket on the lay down.  The wheel is then spun and if it stops on his spot he wins. 

Can be used for a Cake Walk. Numbers are placed in a circle on the ground and everyone picks a number. Then the wheel is spun and the coordinating number wins a cake (or other prize of choice).
